The School Council of Catalonia in favor of the responsible use of mobile in the schools
The president of the School Council of Catalonia, Fernando Ruiz, presented today at Mobile World Congress a report on "mobile technologies in schools", which includes several considerations on the presence and use of mobile devices in the catalan schools.
The report, which also includes the development of digital competence on the part of students and the potential of mobile technology in learning activities, calls for "the autonomy of schools, exemplary teachers, co-working with families, encouraging responsibility and involvement of students in the directions" for a responsible use of mobile phones.
